In support of waste reduction on offshore islands, HOWYOUNG B&B does not provide disposable personal amenities. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and shower cap. We do provide shampoo, body wash, bath towels, and a hair dryer. Thank you for helping us protect this beautiful and passionate island.
►Additional Charges :
- If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy for each room without adding an extra bed, an additional cleaning fee of NT$500 per person per night will apply.
- Children aged 3 (inclusive) to under 12 receive NT$200 off the package price.

- HOWYOUNG B&B is a non-smoking property. Gambling, excessive drinking, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Guests who smoke indoors will be asked to leave, and the B&B reserves the right to refuse accommodation without refund.

- If you arrive early and the room is ready, you may check in early. If cleaning is still in progress, we provide luggage storage service before check-in.

Cancellation & Postponement Policy
- Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of deposit.
- Cancellation 10-13 days before check-in: 70% refund.
- Cancellation 7-9 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 4-6 days before check-in: 40% refund.
- Cancellation 2-3 days before check-in: 30% refund.
- Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 20% refund.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund of deposit.
- In cases of natural disasters (e.g. typhoon, earthquake) that cause transportation disruptions, a full refund or date change will be offered.
- Postponed stays must be rescheduled within 180 days from the original booking date. Example: If your original stay was on January 1, you may reschedule up to June 30 of the same year. Beyond 180 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pet Policy
Please confirm that you can follow these guidelines before booking:
- HOWYOUNG B&B only accepts one small dog (under 8kg) per room. Please confirm in advance when booking.
- No extra fee is charged for pets, but pets are not allowed on the bed. Please bring your own carrier or basket.
- Pets cannot be left alone in the room or kept at the front desk during activities.
- Guests bringing pets must book by phone; online booking platforms are not accepted for pet stays.
- Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
If any violations are found upon check-in, HOWYOUNG B&B reserves the right to refuse accommodation and retain the deposit.
